Part 2:
BDSM WEEK
Bondage and Discipline
These are two different activates within BDSM community, but are sometime spoken of as the same thing or concept as both intertwined in their practices. Some say you cannot have bondage without discipline, which is true, but likewise others think you can’t have discipline without bondage. B&D does not set the rolls of who is the top and who is the bottom, but it is used to reinforce the rolls.
The Kama
Sutra describes different kinds of “hitting” during lovemaking, and the regions
of the body in which to target in order to obtain different types of “cries of
pain”. Some of the references within the
Karma Sutra include
biting
pinching and
impact play.
The restraints are not limited to handcuffs,
but can also include different ropes and chains.
There is also
suspension restraints, which is tying a person to an object suspended off the
ground free hanging from an overhead platform by ropes. There are even more intense suspensions, such
as using shark-hooks pierced through the flesh hanging. This last type should only be done under
supervision of trained professionals.
This can raise endorphin levels and bring a euphoric feeling to the one
who is suspended.
crosses,
spreader bars,
beds;
in other words anything mind can think of.
But always remember, safety of your partner,
as they trust you to provide them pleasure and not go to far!!!!!!!
Discipline is
the psychological restraining practice as punishment for overt actions like disobievient behavior. This type of punishment can include
caning,
humiliation,
public corporal punishment (in order to show others what the sub
has done wrong),
physically by limiting their movement (similar to grounding when
you were little). These actions are used
to enforce the Dominate from the submissive rolls in play.
As always
have a safe word you both know. That is
safe play
